Do you have a green thumb or love to garden ?
We have a lot on our plate with building rehabs, roof replacements, foyer rehabs and fire alarm upgrades. Management will place Notice prior to commencement of these actions and will provide updates at the entry way of the affected units and via our Green Email list. If you have not yet signed up, please visit the web site, call/email the Management Office, or return the form attached to the Summer 2013 Newsletter.
As the economy improves, so do our expenses as rates rise for contract services, supplies/materials and utility rates. The water and sewer bill still continues to be our largest monthly expense increasing to 25% of our annual budget. This has been an issue that the Board has been monitoring and realizes that some future action will be needed.
General: The fees for the use of the Bull Run Swim & Racquet Club facilities and amenities are included in your association dues. This is not a voluntary apportionment. There are some nominal deposit and service fees assigned by the BRS&RC Board and are explained in the link below, titled "Condominium Rules and Bylaws." All members must be and remain current with the association dues to utilize the facilities. For the most current information, contact the Management Office... or go to BRS&RC's web site at BullRunSwimandRacquetClub.com for pool hours and other details.

Our Board members take active pride in the community and serve with no compensation.
Membership Meeting Minutes: Minutes from the previous month are distributed for review and approval at the next monthly membership meeting. Fully approved Board meeting minutes are available for review by residents.
